Saturday Morning Training

On Saturday, March 30th, 6 members of the Lionville Fire Company, along with Engine 47-2, traveled to the Chester County Fire Training Center to participate in the Chester County Fire Task Force training. The Southeastern Pennsylvania Regional Task Force was established within the 5 county Metro Philadelphia area to quickly mobilize a large number of fire resources for mutual aid assistance between counties. The 5 counties involved are Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties. The focus of this training was water supply over long distances.
