Congratulations Interior Firefighter T. Baylis

The Lionville Fire Company is proud to announce that on Thursday, April 25th, Probationary Firefighter Tommy Baylis was promoted to Interior Firefighter, having completed the entirety of Lionville Fire Company’s Probationary Program.
Firefighter Baylis was required to complete our rigorous in-house training program alongside the 188-hour Firefighter 1 National Certification and the 44-hour Basic Vehicle Rescue Certification, as well as a presentation on a study of a past line of duty death of a firefighter. Firefighter Baylis joined the company in January of 2023 with no prior experience.
The company would like to congratulate Tommy on all his hard work autonomously working through himself the program, and wish him well in his beginnings as a firefighter!
