Vehicle Fire at Route 100 and Sheree Blvd

On Thursday, June 4th at 10:58 AM, the Lionville Fire Company was dispatched to the intersection of Route 100 and Sheree Blvd in Uwchlan Township for a reported car fire. Initial reports indicated that the engine of the vehicle was on fire and quickly spreading.
Assistant 47 arrived on scene to find the vehicle well involved in fire. Engine 47-5 arrived shortly after, and crews stretched a hose line and were able to extinguish the fire.
Lionville volunteers operated at the scene for roughly 45 minutes.
